ONLINE User Access Form

Please enter the details of the user who will be logging into the online portal. Their username for logging in will be the email address specified. Additional users should be submitted on separate forms.

Once a user has been setup online they will be sent an activation email. They will need to click the link in the email in order to gain access to their online account.

Indicate the access this user requires and specifically which delivery points they need access to. Select all that apply.

  If a user needs access to multiple delivery points then delivery point zero access is also required online. If delivery point zero is a trading address in Trinity then we will allow orders to be placed for that address, otherwise orders will be blocked.

If this user needs access to more than one LWC account, please indicate the additional accounts and delivery points they need access to below, otherwise skip this section.

  Requests will be actioned within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays). Once actioned, the user will receive an automated email with instructions for how to login to their online account, and links to the online help centre and Get Started guides.
